Vaccine Design

Our vaccine design software selects 20-30 amino acid long peptide fragments from the targets predicted to induce immune responses capable to control tumor growth.

Modeling the Patients Immune Responses

The algorithm simulates patient specific T cell responses, and validated using data from 920 peptide-specific T cell responses across 193 patients. It helps predict the repertoire of peptides most likely to trigger an immune responses capable of targeting and eliminating tumor cells.

Selecting the Vaccine Peptides

Using patient-specific immune response data, the algorithm selects a set of vaccine peptides. These peptides are ranked based on their specificity to the patient’s tumor and their predicted effectiveness in inducing a robust immune response.

Testing for Safety and Quality

Our vaccine design algorithm includes safety and quality assurance. We evaluate the potential of autoimmune reaction and confirm that the peptide vaccine can be produced at the highest quality standards to effectively induce the desired immune response.
